Queen of Ardan, wife of King Brenin. She had two brothers, Pendathran and Rhagor. She is the mother of Edana.
Physical characteristics[]
She has a warm smile and sits on an ornately carved oak chair, draped with furs.
History[]
Her brother Rhagor, was killed by brigands in the Darkwood Forest. Alona blamed Evnis for Rhagor's death. Others, including Pendathran, blamed Anwarth, saying that he played dead during the brigand attack.
Plot[]
Malice[]
Alona presides over the King’s Justice when Corban brings Storm back to Dun Carreg. She says that Corban can keep Storm as long as she does no harm.
Alona rides out with the group from Uthandun. She is captured by Morcant. In the escape, she is shot in the back with an arrow and later dies of her injuries.
